Gardening is a great outdoor exercise, with digging perhaps the most energetic activity. Let the spade do the work
The purpose of the Auto-spade is to reduce back strain and effort, with the bonus of digging at a rate that can be twice that of using a conventional spade. Take it easy, get into a rhythm, let the spade do the work. Don’t try to dig it all in one day!
