If your goods need to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns number which must be included together with your name, address and a contact telephone number, when returning the goods.

Returns must be sent back via a guaranteed traceable service to ensure their safe delivery. No liability can be accepted for returns if they are not despatched via this method.

If the goods are faulty we will replace or repair them and return them to you and refund the cost of shipping. If the goods are found to have been damaged due to user error, you will be liable for return shipping costs.
